    hey all!

this may sound like a very stupid question....

how do i import scenery from my FS98 cd???

i have no idea how to do it!!!

    mariano
You dont. You copy the world.vis file from FS98 scenery directory. Rename
it World1.vis and put it in the CFS scenery directory. You now can use any
scenery available in FS98 from within CFS.

Many of the FS98 sceneries depend on SEED texture files that are installed in
the the main texture folder. Just copying the World.vis or inserting the path
to the FS98 scenery folder for your area won't tell CFS where these textures
are. I'm quite sure that you can copy them all (the whole Texture folder) to
the CFS texture folder, being careful not to overwrite any that may already
be there. MegaScenery NorthWest runs quite nicely by just inserting the path to
it's location for FS98, but it includes almost all new textures in it's
    own texture folder. Bob F.

Is SF Int. add-on scenery or the origional FS98. If its add on it must be
turned on (active) from within FS98. On or off is registered in world.vis.
Only the ON scenery will show up in CFS.
