In Canada we just received the game a few days ago. Needless to say it
did not load on my machine (a PII 300 with 2 different cd roms). I took
a chance and called Microsoft support line. They indicated that the first
batch (quite a few I assume, North American version) were burned improperly.
The distributers apparently burned passed the parameters of the CD, into the
margin. MS said I could try to load the full CD onto my HD, to see if that
would work????? No go. Anyway, they are quite aware of the problem and will
send out a new copy of the game to anyone who calls the support line with the
problem by Nov. 22.
