For those of you who've flown both FS 98 and CFS, I'm wondering how
you would compare the ground textures of FS 98's Hawaii scenery with
the ground textures in CFS? Are they pretty similar, or are the textures
in CFS a lot better than the FS 98 Hawaii scenery?

Aaron - Better, by quite a bit. In particular the transition between flatland
and mountains is very much improved. All in all, the sensation of real flight
    is enhanced quite a bit.

It'll be hard for me to feel like I'm in WWII scenery unless it's in
black and white like all of the Newsreels were and "The Longest Day".
I've always thought of WWII as a black and white war. Bob F.

Bob...Quite so! Everything you see is always black and white or sepia tone from
age and improper storage. My dad saw some excellent color movie footage shot by
combat cameramen in WWII and says it was really impressive. BTW - I bought the
"colorized" version of The Longest Day. Not quite the same. But, I also
picked up a new release of "12 O'Clock High" in B&W. Great!
