It sounds as if installation is a matter of luck with the CD. There has been
the suggestion on this forum that Microsoft was going to recall those on the
shelves and replace with working disks. My local retailer sold out what he had
and says there is no information from Microsoft about a recall. So, how do we
know when "it is safe to go into the water" and buy one with a high probability
that it will work? Maybe 4CD's is the best choice. Any ideas?
