Don't worry about trim settings as much. When taking off, leave it at
zero and let the wings lift the aircraft. When the autopilot is on, you
should disregard the setting because the autopilot uses the trim as the
primary attitude control.


What do you do to generate various types of wind and weather conditions,
the FS98 stuff or a addon. I tried to find RealWeather 5.0 here but didn't have
any luck, Alastair uses it to generate weather situtations. I have decided to
try flights with more realistic conditions rather than the perfect flying
conditions I've been using. Many thanks in advance.

I use Real Weather too. I also recommend you go to www.flight1.com and
download the FSClouds and textures for FS98 - it's freeware now and works
miracles with Real Weather. What problems are you having with Real Weather?
