Hi, I am still having sound problems. One person on the board (sorry I forgot
the name) suggested that I add the below to a certain file in flight sim 98.

(SOUND)
Channels=2
;SamplesPerSec=22050
SamplesPerSec=11025
BitsPerSample=16


In that File, I added this and I am still having problems with the frame rate
stammering and stuttering with the sound. Should I reduce the quality further?

I checked your original post, and you state that you use the on-board sound.
This may be the problem. You could try adding a proper sound card to your
system (it doesn't have to be wildly expensive - mine's a Creative AWE64) and
see if this helps.
