You can probably get it from someone who doesn't want it anymore, I don't think
Microsoft keeps old stuff in stock.

It will run on an 8088/8086 so I know it will run on any 80x86 (i86, 286, 386,
etc) computer.

address & I'll e-mail you the program in a self-executing zip-file.
Othewise, trying to find the game will turn into a frustrating exercize.
