I'm stuck on ole 4, but not jus' cuz I'm cheap. I discovered fs4 planes
on the net, but my fs4 locks up on spot. Don't have aaf or asd. My fs4
is 4.00, not 4.0b - is that why it freezes? I'd upgrade, if I could
find 4.0b, but that's becoming harder than I expected.
As I recall, the only way to get the FS4 upgrade was to contact Microsoft
and request it. They'd mail it to you, and it actually didn't cost anything.
At this time, though, I doubt the offer is still good so I really don't
know where you'd get it.
I had to call MicroSoft to get 4.0b, I was having trouble with modem
connected flights (the other plane wasn't showing up on 4.0a). It fixed
the problem, if you are having trouble obtaining 4.0b, you can contact me.
