I have been running MS Flight Simulator version 5.1 on Windows 95 and now I
want to uninstall it. It's not listed under Add/Remove Programs and I don't
have a third-party uninstall utility. The manual and readme.txt had no
information concerning uninstalling the program. So my question is this: Can
I just delete the fltsim5 directory and call it a day, or am I overlooking
something?
FS5.x is a DOS program, and so no files went into the Windows or Windows\System
folders on installation. It can be uninstalled simply by deleting the Fltsim5
folder. Make sure you also delete any references to it in your Start menu, if
there are any.
