Ha! You are very close now!

    The engines are correct.
In fact the Blohm & Voss Ha 139 was one of my favourites for this project.
Maybe next time if this one succeeds.

next hint: 2 pull- and 2 push-props, 6 aircraft were built

    Dornier Do26.... 2x Do26A built, 4xDo26D .. but you aren't making teh V4
protoype with the rear engines that angled up for takeoff?

    I love guessing games...

    Yes, I'm trying a Dornier Do 26. It's going to be the V2 D-AWDS.
As far as I know, on all 6 aircraft the engines were swept up 10 deg. for
takeoff and landing operations. Front prop diameter: 3,5 m/ rear: 3,4 m.
To the engines: They were 6 cylinder but 12 piston diesels. There were two
pistons in one cylinder, one coming from up and one from down. Two crankshafts,
on top and on the bottom, were linked by a huge gearbox. The fresh air was
controled by sliding tubes around the middle of the cylinders with holes in it.

And the best is: It all worked!

When (not:if!) I need advice on gmax, may I call again?

Der gmaxmeister ist Dennis S, and just about anyone else ... and if you really
mess up in gmax, there's even a father confessor to lift your spirits!

Now - if you want to get even more confused, by all means, Inspector Polygonne
    will be glad to answer!!!
