You can create CFS3 aircrft for free.

Download gmax, from the discreet site and the CFS3 SDK from Microsoft..

Creating aircraft for FS2002 still costs you money - either for buying FS2002
Professional or Abacus' FSDS2.

I Downloaded FSDS from abacus,
it was like 40 bux, but WELL
worth it. The tutorials will
talk ya right though how to
use it and make stuff. I find
it alot eayser then Gmax
