CHeck your log file for the project being exported (projectname.log) and it
should tell you the part name(s) and the problems. Most probably you have to
'weld vertices'.

for hints and tips.. Also...the TUTORIALS Section there has links to specific
vertices welding tutorials.

whats the deal? i try to export my airplane, and it says the makemdl thingy is
in the wrong folder. which folder should it be in? also, i was wondering if
anyone could tell me where i could find some tutorial or something to get the
airplane through all of the sound, texture, and so forth... to a final fs2k2
good airplane?

Try to export something simple like a cylinder. If you still get the error,
look for the log file (if you want to export cylinder.mdl, then the log is
cylinder.log). Also make sure you have Windows switched to english, at least to
english decimal point.
