If you do your search on all aircraft rather than just on FS2000 ones you
should have no problem finding FS98 versions of the planes you want. I know the
following ones you listed are there:

Northrop B-2 Spirit
Boeing B-52
Boeing/Rockwell B-1 Lancer
McDonnell F-4 Phantom
McDonnell Douglas KC-10 Extender
I know this because I did the same thing as you are doing. I populated Edwards
with these aircraft. The FS98 versions, particularly the B1 pack which has 6 or
7 versions, are fairly good and work well as dynamic and static scenery
