Hi. Can anyone point out a utility or program that will change the colors of
ground textures in photorealistic scenery? The scenery add-on program Milwaukee
2006 uses ground textures that were taken during the winter months and all of
them are an arid constant brown color. The program author only fixed a small
square near the Gen. Mitchell field -- one square of green in an otherwise
brown monotony. I'd like to resolve this. His photo textures were/are something
called DXT1 or DXT3?? Not sure what that is but the colors are horrible and
need to be corrected. Help??
