Definitely! I recommend using AFCAD221 by Lee Swordy, SceneGenX from
http://www.airportforwindows.com/ . You should also download the FS2004 SDKs
from http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/ , download, fs2004SDK.
Make sure you install MSXML4 from
loads/details.aspx?FamilyID=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42&displaylang=en
. I would also visit AVSIM MSFS Scenery Design Forum. Program designers are
adding xml tools all the time to be used with the BGLCOMP_SDK.

I want to add airports that aren't included as part of the default set--Jan
Mayen (ENJA) and the proposed airport on St. Helena. Is there any way to add
airports to the default set rather than having to search under the "Add on
scenery" section?
I've used every current scenery design program that claims to be compatible
with FS2004, but the airports always end up under the "Add-on" section.
Also, which is better, FSSC, Apt. for Win., FS Architect, or another program?
