I was wondering if there was a tool available to make a sign(preferably in API
format) to place in scenery fro FS2000? if anyone could help me i'd greatly

VOD is a free macro creator, works fine. I gather there is another tool called
Easy Object Designer, its free too I think, haven't used it.

Pay tools are FSDS, NOVA.

In all cases you make a polygon, or a box, and paste a bitmap onto it. The
bitmap can be made from a photo.
