pheonix software airbus

I am unable to download the setup file for the base package and liveries that I ordered for the new airbus file from pheonix simulation software. I clicked on the links and I get the message about server unavailable. Does anyone now whats going on?

No....But I know the way to get a answer.

Go to Avsim.com....forums scroll down the list till you see Phoenix forum and post tour question there. Better yet go to their Website and post your question directly to them.

If you use the Avsim site go to PSS Unleashed you can post a question without it being screened first but you will need to registar at Avsim to get a username.

This site is not a Phoenix support site, hope this points you in the right direction.

The suggestions by Randy are good ones. PSS has two forums there, (www.avsim.com) as well as contact info at their website.

Phoenix hosts some of their files with Avsim. I can't reach Avsim at this time (could be my connection of course) which might explain it.
