Default Final Legs to Nagoya: DAL L-1011

The final legs of a trans-Pacific flight from Portland to Nagoya, Japan. Fuji-san greets Captain Roman.

In approach path, Meieki in view.

Chubu Int’l (I was caught by surprise, I did not know it was open and was set to land at Komaki, until I found there was no more ILS in FSX for Komaki). Delta 626 you are cleared to land

Wonder if the crew will be up for some karaoke in Chikusa

Was that Mt Fuji in one of the shots? Nice set of pictures.

    Dan,

    Looks good..........
That L1011 needs some flaring on final, looks like your nose gear hit the ground first....

that Perfect Flight L-1011 is a dicey model, like the stock A-321. Flaring would make it stay airborne, at least since I was so new at the model. I really only use it as a picture filler now and am waiting for a better SW company to make one.

Yes, Fuji-san is the Japanese way of saying "Mt. Fuji". That is the old volcano in both shots. Nagoya is west of Fuji.
