If you want to scan around you may set Track=None and set a HeadingPanRate to suit your preferences.
Just go to the location of choice and set the Values; Elevation is METERS MSL, but you can set the AC info lines to show metric and read your needed altitude directly - no need to convert. If the camera is set at below ground level altitude, it will be at ground level anyway.
Yes, it can be made to move but that's quite tricky to control.
