Thread: unusual sims

  1. Question unusual sims

Might seem like a dumb question; but would someone tell me why there are
things like submarines and cruise ships you can d/l for FSX? They look pretty silly on the runway or flying. Is there some way to get them where they belong,
like in the water? I might be missing something, but being new to flightsim, that
    would not be unusual.

Sure there is. Go to the map. Drag the little airplane icon into the nearset body of water. Change altitude to +0. There you are.

You can also slew by hitting the 'Y' key and then using your elevator and aileron controls to slide over to water...

alternately you could look for a water based runway in the airport and facilities menu
