Aloha 737 Kona to Honolulu, early December, 2007

Using real weather (update every 15 minutes) I made a quick jaunt from Kona to Honolulu. It was rainy over Honolulu with some dramatic effects as the full moon tried to peak through.

(apologies in advance.....I made these shots in the freeware recorder. I have learned since that I can almost totally hide the record/play control, but did not think of it through many of the series that I shot and plan to post. Hope it does not annoy y'all too much, chums)

Thanks, I have been trying to earn night flying hours so expect to see more if they are any good. The moonlight helped.

Now that is another consideration. Folks alter their shots with software like Paint Shop Pro. I'd like to learn more about that.

I'd also like to learn how to get those walk around shots; hard to believe it is the mouse camera POV only. At least, I have to start experimenting.

Now when will I have time for that?

I was worried that night shots would be hard to see. The moon makes the difference, and perhaps the camera angle.
