    Default KLM Amsterdam-Geneva, Switzerland!

    Hi!

Heading to Geneva-Cointrin, Switzerland, from Amsterdam-Schiphol. A swift flight, overflying Belgium and France, with a fine arrival over the Jura Mounts (Geneva is just between the Alps on one side, and the Jura Mounts on the other, as the Lake of Geneva is along there too)

Enjoy, and comments welcome. My best wishes for 2008 by the occasion!

    Passengers boarding

    Taxiing

Full swing after the take-off. Panels everywhere (of them a panel of mine to ease the VC flying with FS2002 -ad )

Sunglasses on. A good part of the flight was, that time again, with the Sun full ahead

    And mostly cloudy

    Hi, you both!

Thanks for the comments! And in turn my best wishes, particularly, for this coming new year 2008!

Carlos: about the arrival: it's a nice one mostly for the rwy 05 (that was the case, of the sole rway 05/23) as the airport at Geneva is at the tip of the Geneva Lake, where the river Rhône is flowing then between the Jura Mounts and the Alps. I don't know in real life how the controlers are having the airliners breaking through (in that case from the northwest, or the West) but in FS they had me just getting through a kind of cut through the Jura, and, just turning left, I catched the ILS and, etc. On the other side, it shouldn't be bad either, as you're coming there, from about the southeast, loosing your altitude along the famed "Mont Blanc", the tallest mountain of the Alps and passing few above the Alps there! Maybe I'll try to fly in those neighbourhoods again

Thanks again for the comments and again my best wishes to you both! And a lot of flights during that year!
