ILS for nagoya komaki

Nagoya Komaki was the international airport until the new Chubu opened. I still want to reenact my flight to Komaki in the 90s. How do I add and ILS so I can use an IFR flight plan and approach?

Try AFX the latest AFCAD which can be used to add all and any navaids to any and all airports.

There are also two freeware replacements for AFCAD 2.21. Airport Design Editor and FSX Planner. Bear in mind that if you add a new ILS then you will need to add the approach code needed to use it for AI aircraft

I am not expert on that area. You might want to ask over at www.fsdeveloper.com. A couple of the guys over there 'wrote the book' on this kind of thing
