Add on Aircraft won't go into game

I downloaded the Carenado Beechcraft Bonanza v35 for FSX and followed the instructions for installation. The plane appears under "Airplanes" folder in Sim Objects, along with the FSX stock aircraft, but does not appear when I attempt to fly it. No picture, and not listed. I know this is perhaps not the correct forum, but I tried to get help from Carenado, but with no response.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a thumbnail.jpg in the texture folder? Regards, Bob.

I have. The thumbnail.jpg, however, shows only the picture of the plane, and it's not in the texture file, because there is no texture file. That's all that appears to have installed. But why just that?
How weird.
