Jetway Numbers

How do I get jetway gate numbers to show up? They are present in the EZ Scenery objects, but once I add them to my scenery all I see are black boxes where the numbers should be.

Are you wanting the Jetway number to be that of the gate? Are we talking about FSX or FS9?

Yes, the jetway numbers should match the gate. I've determined that these are Runway 12 objects (Ansari Jetways). I can see the numbers in FS9, but only at some airports in FSX. Particularly I can't see them in FSX at the KRSW airport I designed with Rob Diebold and Ray Lunning. I've checked the installation of the jetways and everything looks OK regarding the textures.
