FSX WILL NOT START.

For no reason I cannot get FSX to start up,I don't get any error messages it just wont get past the blue window. I have checked the logbook with fsxlog11.zip and have found no corrupt files. I have searched the forum and the MS Support site without any luck.
I would rather not do a complete reinstall as I would need to put all my addons back in. Can any one assist me in my dilemma.
I use XP and have SP1 installed and still have 50gb left on my hard disc.

Try deleting the FSX.CFG first, then restart FSX.

For Vista it will be found here:

c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\fsx.cfg

For WinXP it will be found here:

c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\fsx.cfg
