funky menus...after a while.... I'm thinking video card problems

Seen that before. I've encountered it before. Probably one of about 5 different video problems I could tell you about. Although since I did a clean install of everything, I haven't gotten the menu problem really but I still get video problems such as textures on the runway sometimes flashing. I think it maybe a driver issue that needs some updating.
