    Default Iris Simulation - Problems with ordering products

    I want to order some products from IRIS. The site I use is : http://www.irissimulations.com First of all I want to sign up with IRIS and obtain a password to enter their site using a password. I went through the sign up procedure. I am absolutely sure that I entered the correct E-mail adres. I finished the sign up procedure correctly. This means the sign up data were acepted and I got the message from IRIS that I would receive an e-mail from Iris with the password and a link to confirm the sign-up. I never got a reply. I did the sign up procedure a second time. Again, no E-mail.
    I do not dare order product from IRIS if there are communication problems.
    has anybody had a similar experience ?

    do you have a spam filter on? sometimes email packets can get lost in transit, sometimes they can take up to a day but that is rare...

    have you tried clicking on the manufacturer tech support link at the fspilotshop.com?
