Default Pedals and CH Products Yoke problem

Hi all....I have the pro-pedals and usb yoke....on occasion my inputs from either the pedals or yoke stop working, and sometimes with full deflection it freezes....If I unplug and replug my usb cables, it resets to normal function.....

Any ideas? Sound like a USB hub problem or something else??

    Thanks.

What's it like having a yoke and rudder pedals? I'm seriously considering getting the set up, and I really haven't heard on whether they're worth the $. What's your opinion?

I absolutely love them.....I wouldn't use the sim any other way....except maybe a stick for the fighters or some other fly-by-wire aircraft.... I highly recommend both.....

Cool!...now I'm really ready for my check to come in. I'm really lookin' forward to being able to use my rudders the real way instead of having to twist the joystick.

    Hi,

I've read somewhere (can't remember where, probably the CH support site), that you cannot use the CH yoke and pedals via a USB hub. Has to do with the CH drivers, and timing (don't know the details).

So most likely the hub causes your problem.

Using a hub is no problem. I do. I only had the offset and bad calibration problems with XP. Gone back to ME and no troubles.

Thanks for the responses.....what is strange is that it used to work great for some period of months.....and the problem is increasing in frequency the last couple months......who knows.....
