    Default Too much traffic!

Anyone have some tips to efficiently filter traffic so that I don't have two or more arrivals trying to shoot their approach at the same time? I know I need to adjust flight plans and modify the arrival times, but I'm looking for a logical way of doing it without having to edit 1000 lines of code. Thanks!

Talk to all of the airline CEO's. The airlines are the ones who schedule all of their flights to depart from or land at a given hub within 15 minutes of each other. And then they blame general aviation and air traffic controllers for the delays.

Probably the simplest thing you can do is to reduce the setting of the ATC slider. You could also use ttools to eliminate some of the flights.

Ok, I am assuming you shuffled these aircraft into the flight plans with AI shuffler, then just took Flightplans.txt and copied it and pasted it again to double your number of flightplans. Well, flightplans.txt includes the time of day of the flightplan, and that means you will have two flightplans with the same time entry. Try using a random number generator for the times.
