I am using two monitors with a Nvidia 7800GS card and when I go into full screen w FSX the 2nd monitor goes black. This does not happen in FS9. Any ideas how to fix this?

That's the way it works. This is "normal behavior" for FSX. You can undock and move windows in 2d mode, and then switch to full-screen mode.

Hi Folks
DJP -
For working in fullscreen mode with addons,
e.g. squawkbox, etc.
there's a 'dirty' workaround.
Before launching FSX -
- Disable your second monitor.
- Launch FSX.
- Re-enable your second monitor.
N.B.
YMMV.
Clicking any window on your second monitor will minimize FSX.
Pause & Minimize FSX before doing so,
otherwise you may experience difficulties returning to fullscreen mode.
