new computer

hi guys
I need a bit of help, i did a search for help but couldn't find anything, i did a search on my pc for the files as well but again nothing, i cant find the fsx cfg file, its not were it should be?
i built a new pc and loaded fsx in fresh into a fresh install of XP home & it activated OK then i installed sp1 for fsx
it said it installed ok, great i thought, fsx finished doing the setup files etc. and started, so far so good & I'm a happy bunny.
so i think ill just go into the Fs cfg file and do the tweaks, cant hirt eh, but i cant find it ! not only that but i cant find the application data folder ?
where's it gone, it should be c:/documents and settings/my name/application data/Microsoft/FSX its not there
i noticed the default user folder is missing in documents & settings,
has anyone ells had this problem, dose anyone have any ideas im stumped at the moment don't know what to do

Have you run FSX at least once? Not everything is created on install.

yes i had a fly around for 10 mins or so, i havent done a reboot though
didnt think it would help

erm boy is my face red ehem i forgot with it being a new install of XP you have to change the folder options, just incase someone ells has this happen,don't panic go into
start/ control panel/ folder options/ click the view tab & tick display system folders & show hidden files & folders,
that's it, all the missing folders should reappear.
