    Default Soaring

    Does ridge and wave soaring work everywhere in FSX? I see that thermals work everywhere. If the winds are set 90 degrees to a ridge can you experience ridge lift while in a sailplane? Any suggestions would help.

    I am fairly confident that wave and ridge soaring work ONLY in the missions... and are not received from real world WX or anything....

    However maybe with some addon they'll be able to be recognized.
