I discoverd that the Basic version of FSX is missing some aircraft compared to the Deluxe version.
For example the "Goose".

Is there a way to download or buy (add-on CD) those original FSX aircarft?

I looked in the files corner here on flightsim.com but some aircraft don't look nice from the cockpit (no animated sticks, rudders)

Many of the stores selling FSX will allow for a return of it and repurchase upgrading to FSX Deluxe within 30 days of original purchase. You should check where you purchased your FSX from and see if they will allow this. There are programming changes between the two versions so you can't just stick a FSX Deluxe aircraft into FSX standard... nor can you use the Garmin G1000 in FSX standard edition.

If you are past that time period or the original store you purchased from won't allow this you can always sell your FSX standard edition to a used software store and if you're lucky they may have a FSX Deluxe there that someone else wasn't able to use on their brand new computer.

Also I have reports of highly discounted MSFS deluxe FSX being offered, so it might be an idea to get your hand on these "missing" aircraft by buying a discounted deluxe MSFS and flying them in the deluxe FSX.

NB I am not suggesting copying aircraft from deluxe to the basic MSFX.

Hi,

You'll find several of these planes already installed in your SimObjects/Airplanes folder. Just add a valid panel folder to the plane and it will appear.
