Thread: Glide Slope

    Default Glide Slope

OK so I mastered the art of landing on the center line on the runway...easy enough..But, trying to glide in NICE AND SMOOTH like the pro's....On autopilot, its easy, just clicking on the altitude knob and bring it down in increments. But doing that doesnt look right, it just gets you there unless there is further instruments I'm not aware of to smooth out the glide slope?? How do the pro's do it?

Hand fly it, if the visibility permits...or use the ILS system (Instrument Landing System) if thats available at the airport you are using. I would suggest you look that up in the 'learning centre' and learn how to use it properly through there :)
