I created a customized advanced weather setting with odd results. I created two cloud layers. One from zero to 1500 feet msl with 4/8 coverage cumulus clouds, and a second layer from 1500' to 5000' of 8/8 coverage stratus. I have rain set to fall in the upper layer. In the game only the lower layer shows. I do get rain falling from blue skies between 1500 and 5000' but no clouds are shown.

Any ideas?
