Thread: Yaw control increments

    Default Yaw control increments

    In both fs9 and FSX, one click of the rudder in either direction moves the rudder three units. How can I decrease this control to get just one unit change with each click. Thanks.

    Depending on what you want to hear:

    1. You can't get a change of one unit instead of three.
    2. Just imagine that 3 "units" == 1 "unit"

    After all, what's a "unit" ??
    If I remember correctly, 1 "click" of the rudder equals appr. 3% of it's range between 0 and 100% full left/right rudder.
    That's it. There's no way to change that.

    Thanks for your reply. It appears to be way more than 3%. If there is no adjustment then that's it. I use a Ch Products Yoke and use the right rocker switch for rudder control. One click left or right requires three clicks to bring it back to centerline.

    gerbp, you are half way to overall great control. If you can pop for the CH pedals, do so. It is the 'only' way to fly. Jack
