Mouse As Yoke - quick disable, so that I can adjust settings/airspeed/flaps?

I like to use the mouse as yoke feature, but need to make adjustments on take off like flaps, throttle, gps, etc. Is there a key that will enable/disable mouse as yoke so I don't have to pause the game, go into settings or even right click the screen? Thanks! (like ctrl key or shift key)

Control + y will toggle m.a.y. on and off. I use it a lot-- great feature!
