Mouse-as-yoke and mouse pan view messed up by going in and out of full screen mode

As the subject says, these two mouse functions seem to get messed if I go to windowed mode and then back to full screen. For example, as soon as I hit the space bar, the view zooms off to the side before I move the mouse.
Anyone seen this, or know of a fix?

Mouse look kind of remembers where you were last looking. So if you last used mouse view to look to the side, then back to normal and look ahead, the next time you press the spacebar, it'll jump to the last position you were using it in...the side!
