Trees upside down

Hi all:

All my trees are up side down, as pic attached, any one can help to solv this issue please. I don't know what happend to end up this way.

Did FSX start out that way?

If not, have you changed or added anything that may have caused
this?

You tired to use a texture converter didn't you? It's been a while since I did this but you converted from DXT3 down to DXT1, now you also have to go back and convert them again back to DXT3, otherwise you get upside down trees.
