    thanks.
I feel the same about KEWR bricktop. Very bed, every major city has to have a detailed airport, it is not a mission impossible to include some 80 detailed airports and make everyone happy.

I was at first excited about KBOS and Frankfurt EDDF (and many major europian airports), but I was very, very pissed when I went to Moscow Sheremetyevo and found a pile of horse boo in there. I wanted to fly to Moscow. Chinise and Korean capital airports are included, Russian is not! I can't express the anger. Zurich is not there, Brussels is not there, Texas Houston KIAH is not there, Egypt's Cairo is not there, as if the team who worked on airports made only those that represent their hometown's, and absolutely did not care for what people need.
Instead of KIAH and KEWR, 80% of sim users will fly to Seoul! GREAT!
Honolulu is not there also. Majority does not use payware airports (they are not practical), and will give probably negative numbers for fps in FSX. There I am with a payware Honolulu in FSX watching my fps at -200, or having my PC frozen all together with a thick black smoke coming out of it.

    Hi jonsky77,

I read an article in Computer Pilot (By Doug Horton) that said there are 45 high detailed airports in FSX deuxe. You have listed 40. Any ideas what the other 5 are? Thanks

By the way, most airports, large and small, now have Jetways, two trucks, fuel trucks, etc. For example, even though Washington Dulles International is not one of the highly detailed airports, the level of detail is very good.

But like you said, you are biased for your own state. At least you got several US airports in that list. Some other parts of the world have been negleted for a long time and I hope they will fix that before adding more US airports in the next FS versions...

I see three detailed airports in your area: Boston Logan, Kennedy and Reagan. There are lots of countries which do not have a single detailed airport. If you wait, someone will probably make detailed scenery for Newark. Was there any for FS9?

Negative fps . . . Lol! You are right that US airports are heavily favored in the detailed list (although I suspect that Microsoft strategically tracks where it sells most of the copies of FS and that people will want to fly out of their local airports).

I was disappointed that there are no detailed airports in Africa and the two highest mountains Kilimanjaro and Kenya are not rendered in detail. For airports I think they should start with Cairo, Nairobi and Johannesburg.
