Please help P4 2.8 recommend a set up

Ok so i finally have it and after the 2 hour install time its up and running, well limping, so can anyone with a modest system like mine recommend what sliders i should be using.

Not to be a jerk, but look through some of the posts about setting, and fixes that users have added.

Also visit http://www.fox-fam.com/wordpress/?page_id=41. Lots of things to change within fsx.cfg and other tweaks.
