I'm ready to order. Were can I find a side by side comparison between the regular and deluxe versions?

The main difference is the number of missions and the number of aircraft included.
Based on my observation from the postings on the many forums I read, when FS2000 & FS2002 came out with the "Pro" and non-"Pro" versions, those who purchased the latter eventually regretted the decision.
I strongly recommend you buy the Deluxe version. I guarantee you won't regret it.

If you buy the cheaper version - you will not have access to the G-1000 GA glass panel for the Baron, Mooney and C172.
There will be some other aircraft missing.
You will have five fewer detailed airports, and 10 fewer detailed cities.
You will have approx 20 fewer missions.
Your multiplayer capabilities will be limited.
But as pointed out above, you are going to be limited and restructed on freeware downloads in the future. Every addon developer is going to be working from the Deluxe edition.
In the previous versions of FS with limited and full editions - people kept finding out that various addons did not work correctly because some of the base elements were missing from their setups.
The Standard Edition is the "gamer" edition for people who will not add aircraft and scenery - that vast majority - 90%+ - of FS purchasers who never install any addons.
I also believe that the SDK is only included with the Deluxe version.

Thanks All. Good answers. The glass cockpit alone is reason enough for me.
