Nels Anderson is the Webmaster and he is beyond reproach. I am sure Nels feels the tips were public domain as they are the result of considerable hard work and contributions from a dedicated group of selfless individuals.

Nels "owns" this site, and has operated it for years.

Here is the background as I understand it.

The FS2002 tips were initially on another website amd were duplicated on here with the other site owners' approval. I was checking into the other site during the time period when that announcement was made. The other site owner kept them updated (with some help). The tips themselves came from the flight sim community in general.

Beyond that I don't understand the issue either.
