DC-10 Panel and VHF/NAV Freq Selections

I've d/ld and installed Ivano Marongiu's great looking DC-10 Panel.

Now, I've installed many add-on panels and "think" Iknow what I'm doing but.....

.....I'm not able to change VHF or NAV frequencies. The "pop-up" Radio Panel seems to be inop.

I have sent an e-mail to the developer, but thought maybe someone here could help in the meantime.
