DreamManager, Black Textures

I purchased the A36 tonight. After installing it, I tried to use DreamManager to add some paints. I tried several and they all come up black in the preview pane. I got the paints from DreamFleet and one from AVSIM. The install went smooth.

I tried to use Text-O-Matic (I have several DreamFleet Planes) but it does not see the A36. It does not appear in the aircraft list.

I have searched the board and can not find the answer.
What should I do?

Which repaints did you get? Check out this thread and see if it helps, if not post back.

I downloaded D-EAWK from DreamFleet.

I did not open the file in Photoshop, I merely did a "Save As" when I downloaded it.

I did read the thread you sent, and it was not my problem as I am not saving in PhotoShop.

You saved the zip file then extracted the textures to your Dream Manager paint schemes folder?

I unzipped it to a different Directory, then pathed to it using the DreamManager 'File" button to browse to it.

I just tried a different Texture, G-BMYD, I got from the library and it worked.

I tried another, D-EWHO, and it was black also.

I used the same 'browse to' method for the one that worked.

I Downloaded D-EAWK just now and it installed fine. Not sure why it isn't working for you. The G-BYMD was the DeamManager version or the textomatic version?

I will download again, and I will extract it to the default directory for Dream Manager.

I think the G-BMYD was actually a Textomatic version, but it worked.

I downloaded and it worked. I figured it out. THe D-EAWK I had was version 2. I got this from the library, and it was for Textomatic.

G-BMYD was for Dreammanager. What is the difference?

How do I get Textomatic to recognize the A36?
