Thread: Need a key to start my Beech A36

  1. Default Need a key to start my Beech A36

    Good Day

Reluctant as I am to post things of this nature in this forum, .. I feel I have no other course of action.

I bought and paid for, .. along with several other products, .. the Dreamfleet Beech A36. This 'Mail Order' was processed by Flight One on Wednesday the 7th of December. I have received Product Keys for all my other purchases, .. which included the Dreamfleet 727, .. but, I have not, as yet, received the Product Key and password for the Beech A36.

I have been contacting Flight One Customer Service, .. almost every other day, .. as well as sending 2 e-mails to Lou Betti himself (at Earthlink address), .. all too no avail.

I contacted Lou directly, as he had sent me the Key for my Baron 58 XP, .. and, I assume he would be sending me the key for my Beech A36.

What do I have to do, .. in order to receive the Product Key etc. for my purchase?

I apologise for having to make this request on this forum.

    Thanks and Regards
    Tom Watt

    Hi Tom,

I take it this was a manual order, whereby you sent in a check?

[b]To date, I have received no e-mail from you[/b}.In addition, the e-mail must come from Flight 1, not yourself, as it is they who would need to authorize this upon receipt of your payment.

Sorry for the trouble, Tom, but with manual orders I can only send a key when I receive an e-mail from F1, telling me they have received payment. This is how we have always done it.

Yes, I see I did issue you a B58 key in the past, and the last manual order I received for a DF product was from you for the B58, and that was on 11/7. To date, no e-mail has been received from F1 concerning the A36.

I'll copy this to Jeff Smith, and see what's up. :-)

    Regards,

    Hi Lou

Yes, .. it was a Mail Order, with a Bank Draft is US Dollars.

Jeff at Flight One advised me that be had notified the various Developers/Vendors of my purchase(s). 2 from Dreamfleet, 4 from Reality-XP and 1 from SSTSIM. Jeff sent me the Key for the GA-727.

1st e-mail sent on Tues the 13th of Dec, .. 2nd e-mail was essentially a forward of the first, .. sent on Friday the 16th of Dec. Both were sent to ... LouBetti@Earthlink.net (I used the address that you used to send me the Baron 58 Key)

I appreciate that you have taken up the matter up with Jeff. :-)

    Thanks and Regards
    Tom

As for the Reality XP keys: first thank you for your business! they have all been sent to you on December 10th.
