Text-O-Matic no longer working

Hello fellow simmers...
Spring has sprung here in the great northland... and to go with the season it seems that my text o matic app has decided to do the same.

I am not sure what has transpired, its been a while since I last tried to install a new paint template. (since release of the A36)
Until today, it worked fine - not sure what has transpired, maybe some Windows updates, a new plane or two... nothing major!

When I start the install it goes along well until about half-way.. then when it starts "working textures" it stops and then the "send Microsoft error report" thingy comes up. No matter what is selected it just disappears.

Oh yeah...
I forgot to mention that I uninstalled and re-installed the A36 and applied the patch/update...

I have already done this... and nothing changes...
I have done multiple uninstalls/reinstalls...
I am stumped...

I just installed the older version again...
It works just fine...
