Runtime error 429 in 727 ConfigManager.exe

Receive message: "Runtime error 429" (when clicking executable file GA727_ConfigManager.exe) "You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality." Everything else in the 727 works properly including the Text-O-Matic. I do have a valid license key and proof of purchase in C:\Flight One Software. Is there a solution? Any help is appreciated.
