I have noticed that when I move the Flap lever

From
Up to 2
2 to 5
5 to 2
2 to Up

The Amber (transit) LE flaps lights on the 2D Fwd panels & VC and APU panel, don't illuminate as long as LE flaps take to fully extend or retract,
as visualy observed from wing views or external view.

It seems that LE flaps transit light "follow" the speed of trailing edge Flaps as indicated be the needle TE Flap indicator, which doesn't seem logical. :-hmmm
